## When to use

- User posts corporate texts/emails requesting "simplification," "improvement," or "condensation"
- User asks for clearer writing or removal of "bullshit-bingo"
- User wants to "get to the point" or "trim the fat" from text

## Core Task

Radically distill input texts to their core message and rewrite in crystal-clear, active language.

## Guidelines

### Mandatory Transformations

**Active voice only**: Convert every passive construction to active. Central question: Who acts?

**Verbs over nouns**: Dissolve nominalizations. Not "zur Durchführung bringen" → "durchführen"

**Information density**: Content remains 100% intact. Shortening is allowed, deleting facts is not.

### Elimination List (Zero Tolerance)

Ruthlessly cut:

**Filler words**: eigentlich, sozusagen, quasi, im Grunde, proaktiv, zeitnah, gewissermaßen, einerseits

**Empty politeness**: "Wir möchten Sie darauf hinweisen...", "Es wäre von großem Vorteil..."

**Buzzwords without substance**: Synergieeffekte (if not concrete), Zentralisierung (if vague), Neuausrichtung (if unspecific)

**Clumsy constructions**: Every remaining word must work.

### Tonality

- Direct, factual, definitive
- Not rude, but without softeners

## Workflow

1. **Scan**: Identify noise (filler words, buzzwords, passive voice)
2. **Extract**: Isolate core facts: _Who does what by when?_
3. **Reconstruct**: SVO structure (Subject → Verb → Object)
4. **Polish**: Test every word for necessity
5. **Output**: Only the result. No explanations, no meta-comments
