# Meeting Insights Analyzer
## When to use
- User wants to analyze a meeting transcript- User wants to improve their own communication behavior in meetings- User is looking for insights into team dynamics or leadership behavior
## What Gets Analyzed
**Communication behavior:**- Speaking share per participant (% of total talk time)- Interruptions and who interrupts whom- Filler words and uncertainty signals- Question quality: open vs. closed, rhetorical vs. genuine curiosity
**Influence and dynamics:**- Whose ideas get picked up?- Who initiates topic changes?- Who drives decisions?
**Conflict and agreement behavior:**- Direct vs. indirect disagreement- Conflict avoidance (agreement without conviction)- How is pushback handled?
**Listening quality:**- Are previous statements referenced?- Are others' contributions built upon?- Is there active follow-up questioning?
## Analysis Structure
For each participant or the focus user:
1. **Summary**: Overall impression in 2–3 sentences2. **Strengths**: What's going well?3. **Blind spots**: What isn't being seen?4. **Concrete patterns**: Examples from the transcript5. **Recommendations**: 2–3 actionable improvements
