Memories

When memories are enabled, CompanyGPT can remember facts, preferences, and project details across individual conversations. This not only makes your interactions more personal and relevant, but also significantly more efficient.

CompanyGPT’s memories can be fed in two ways: automatically and manually.

You can directly instruct CompanyGPT to remember something. This is particularly useful for facts that you want to store permanently.

Simply enter a command such as:

“Remember that I am the project manager for the ‘Phoenix’ project.”
“Remember: The marketing budget is €20,000.”
“Save this information: My main contact at customer X is John Doe.”

In the right sidebar, you will find the “Reminders” section. There you can manually enter new information, view existing information, or delete it.

Each reminder is stored as a “key-value pair.” This means there is a keyword (the key) and the corresponding information (the value).

Example:

  • Key: Project Manager ‘Phoenix’
  • Value: [Your Name]

If you have activated this function, CompanyGPT analyzes your conversations in the background. It attempts to independently recognize and save recurring and important information. The system pays attention to which topics were relevant in the most recent conversation in order to decide what to remember.
