Addons extend CompanyGPT with additional applications: making documents searchable, generating files, translating, transcribing, learning and administering CompanyGPT. Many addons have their own interface and also provide their functions as tools for agents in the chat (via MCP servers).
You reach the addons with their own interface that are enabled for you through All apps: as a page of its own and in the chat through the Apps area in the sidebar. companyM365 and companyKNOWLEDGE have no tile – you use them in the chat or in Office.
The interfaces of companyRAG, companyFILES, companyTRANSLATE, companyTRANSCRIBE, companyLEARN, companyADMIN, the companyM365 admin area and All apps share the same structure. They have the same sidebar with New chat and All apps, the same account menu with theme and language, and the same sign-in as the chat. For details, see Shared interface.
Which addons are available to you is decided by your organization. Depending on the environment, administrators grant the permissions for them in companyADMIN or through groups in your directory that innFactory maintains. If an addon you need is missing, contact your administrator.
companyRAGMakes large volumes of documents from SharePoint, Nextcloud, Google Drive, GitHub and the web searchable – as semantic search, as structured data and as datasets for your agents.
companyKNOWLEDGEMaintain knowledge as Markdown files in the Open Knowledge Format: an agent keeps a bundle in GitHub or SharePoint up to date, and companyRAG makes it searchable. Currently experimental.
companyFILESCreate, convert and manage Excel, Word, PowerPoint and PDF files using natural language – in the chat and in an interface of its own with templates and visualizations.
companyTRANSLATETranslate texts and whole documents, with glossaries for consistent terminology and translation in the chat.

AI GatewayOptional central interface between CompanyGPT and the AI providers: model approvals, budgets, fallback during bottlenecks, usage and costs per person and cost center, and API access for your own applications.
