The interface
companyLEARN runs in CompanyGPT’s shared interface. The sidebar with New chat and All apps, the account menu with theme and language, and the layout on small screens are the same for all addons and are described on Shared interface. This page only covers what companyLEARN itself adds.
companyLEARN’s menu has two entries for everyone:

People with the Manage courses permission see a second group below, separated by a line:

Without that permission, the second group is not shown. The available permissions are listed under Permissions.
Page header
Section titled “Page header”Each page shows its title at the top. To the right are the page’s actions, for example New course in course management, Upload video in the video library and New key on the API keys page.
Language
Section titled “Language”The interface is available in German and English. On first use, companyLEARN takes over the chat’s language, or the browser’s if that is not available. companyLEARN remembers a change made in the account menu for future visits.
Course content itself – titles, texts, quiz questions – appears exactly as it was created; it is not translated.
Embedded view in the chat
Section titled “Embedded view in the chat”When the assistant opens a lesson, a quiz or a companyLEARN page in the chat, it appears right in the conversation, without sidebar and menu. Embedded lessons and quizzes show the title plus course and chapter at the top; at the end, below the content, the Open full course link opens the course in companyLEARN in a new tab.
