Insights
Insights shows how your CompanyGPT environment is used: who is active, which agents, models and MCP tools are in demand, how many tokens are consumed and roughly what that costs. Insights replaces the former companyDASHBOARD.
The figures come from pre-computed daily values and are refreshed every 10 minutes. The running day is included live and is not final yet.
Access
Section titled “Access”You open Insights from the Insights tile under All apps or from the companyADMIN menu.
Anyone who holds the right View Insights (ext:admin:insights) may view Insights:
- The ADMIN role holds the right automatically. Anyone who is an administrator by another path, for example as a fixed person or through the right Access the admin area on a custom role, also needs it on their role or group.
- You give it to other people through a role or a group, in each case on the Extensions tab (see Roles and Groups).
- The right cannot be opened to everyone (For everyone), because Insights shows every user’s costs, tokens and email addresses.
Someone who holds only this right and is not an administrator sees nothing in companyADMIN but Insights. Clicking an agent then shows only its usage, not its configuration.
Older ways into Insights still apply. Which ways are set up in your environment is shown under Status → Admin sources with the panel role Insights.
Period and export
Section titled “Period and export”At the top of the page you choose the Period:
- Current month
- Last month
- 7 days
- 30 days
- Custom with From and To, at most 366 days
Each figure compares the chosen period with a Previous period:
- For Current month, Last month and a custom period covering exactly one calendar month, the previous period is the whole previous month. In the running month Insights therefore compares a month that has just started with a full one.
- For 7 days, 30 days and every other period it is the equally long period before.
Export (XLSX) downloads the figures for the chosen period as an Excel file. It contains the sheets Overview, Models, Agents, MCP Tools and Costs by user, each with all rows.
Overview
Section titled “Overview”The overview shows tiles with a trend and a comparison to the previous period:

| All users / All agents | All accounts or agents of the environment, independent of the period |
Below follow Top users (the 10 users with the most requests in the period) and Churned users.
Reselling costs
Section titled “Reselling costs”The first tile of the overview, Reselling costs, shows the amount the innFactory Hub bills for a calendar month. It is only available for whole months; for other periods it offers Current month and Last month as quick buttons.
- The running month is marked provisional and shows a Forecast.
- As of gives the date of the billing data. Cloud providers deliver usage with a delay of at least 2–3 days; figures are final up to 15 days after month end.
- Hovering over the amount shows the Breakdown by workload.
- The icon at the top right opens the innFactory Hub.
If no billing through the innFactory Hub is set up for your environment, the tile shows Not configured.
Agents
Section titled “Agents”Usage per agent. Clicking a name opens the agent’s detail page.
Without the superadmin features you see other people’s private agents only as a sum in the row private agents of other users, without names or trend.
Models
Section titled “Models”Usage per model. Conversations with an agent are attributed to the agent’s model.
MCP tools
Section titled “MCP tools”Calls per MCP tool and server.
- Cost by user and Cost by domain, each with a search
- Tokens by provider and model as a donut chart: the provider on the inner ring, the model on the outer ring
Activity
Section titled “Activity”Activity by time of day is a heat map showing on which days and at which times messages are sent.
What the costs mean
Section titled “What the costs mean”Estimated token cost is an estimate, not an invoice:
- It is calculated from simplified, fixed token prices.
- Discounts and cache tokens are not included.
- Models without a stored price are not included in the estimate.
Binding figures come from the innFactory Hub, in Insights through the Reselling costs tile.
Notes on the figures
Section titled “Notes on the figures”- If the last calculation is too long ago, the notice Insights is not up to date appears. companyADMIN keeps retrying on its own; if the notice persists, contact innFactory.
- companyADMIN removes the names of deleted accounts from Insights daily.
