Detail page
Section titled “Detail page”Overview
Section titled “Overview”The Person section shows email, name, Entra object ID, Signs in via, Account created and Last sign-in (approximate). CompanyGPT stores no sign-in time; what is shown is the last change to the account, which happens at every sign-in.
In the Role section you change the person’s role with the Role picker. The change is saved immediately and applies immediately; if CompanyGPT is open, the person may need to reload the page. Since everyone has exactly one role, the new role replaces the previous one.
The USER role cannot be assigned here; CompanyGPT refuses it. To set someone back to USER, remove them under their current role → Members.
Takes effect at the next sign-in names Entra and OIDC groups that have become known since the person’s last sign-in or the last group sync and that the person is not in yet. If automatic role assignment is active, the notice also names roles newly added to the role sync since then. The notice clears with the next sign-in, and for groups also with the next group sync. Where the displayed group memberships come from (sign-in or group sync) is shown below.
